Dr Carole Hogan
Phd, MEd, BA, HDEd, Grad Dip Training and Development, ASTD, ICM
Carole is a Human Resource Development Consultant with more than 30 years’ experience. She founded Carole Hogan Associates in 1994, and since then she has sourced experienced and competent team providing leadership and executive development and executive coaching services. She has managed teams, functions, and businesses of varying size and complexity. Carole established and managed successful Competency Based Performance Management and Development processes in many organisations. She has coached extensively in the past 15 years in high tech, biotech, financial services, smaller companies, and non-profits. Carole designs and delivers intensive, action-oriented leadership development programmes that enable executives to transfer their personal learning and leadership insights back to their everyday work in organisations. Carole is a recognized expert in executive level competency modelling and applications such as 360 assessment and development, selection, succession planning and talent management. Carole also managed executive development, succession planning, and executive coaching in organisations.
Carole has presented extensively at conferences and in academia as well as contributing and authoring numerous books and academic papers. Having lectured in Learning and Talent Development on the MSc programme in UCC and guests lectured on Human Resource Development Programmes for the University of Limerick.

Dee Clune
With over 30 years' experience, Deirdre is an expert in organizational culture, leadership, strategy & business transformation, and employee well-being, engagement, retention, and development.
She has a proven track record of leading key business and employee initiatives across EMEA. Following leadership roles in manufacturing and running her own HR consultancy, she held senior HR positions in large organizations, including Group HR Director for a 15,000-person service organization. For the past eight years, she's consulted with diverse clients in HR, business transformation, leadership, and employee development. A qualified psychotherapist, she also provides counselling services. Deirdre holds an MSc in Adolescent Psychotherapy, a BSc in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling, an MBs in HR Strategies, an Advanced Diploma in Personal, Leadership and Executive Coaching, and other qualifications. She is a chartered fellow of the CIPD and a fellow of the L&DI, and volunteers on non-profit boards.

Liz Kingston
A Senior Human Resource professional with over 25 years’ experience within the field of Human resource development in high-tech manufacturing sites leveraging on her Science background to bring unique strategies to both leadership and process development.
Areas of expertise designing and delivering learning and development workshops and programmes, talent management, Strategic Planning, Change Management, best practice competency-based Performance Management, Career Development, mentoring and coaching, Training & Development, Employment Law, Compliance/Governance and Employee/Industrial Relations. Liz has worked extensively at senior levels in the pharmaceutical, medical device and charity sectors and has a broad range of experience as a consultant with SMEs, Healthcare Sector and Multinational organizations, which uniquely positions her to provide Leadership programmes for managers at every level that can be tailored to the needs of the organisation and the needs of the individual. All programmes are rooted in Emotional Intelligence-based leadership. She is passionately committed to helping clients maximise their potential through coaching and training. She is also a CIPD and IITD member as well as an EQi & EQ360 coach.

Dr Thomas Garavan is an internationally recognised expert in leadership development, learning, and coaching, with over 30 years of experience working across the private and public sectors.
